Started my new job today. The library is bigger than I was expecting; not that it matters, since I've been told that I'll be doing a lot of work remotely. Apparently, it's the sort of place that puts a lot of research into their new acquisitions.
Charlene told me that I'd need to get this thing set up as soon as possible, since apparently I'll be using it. I don't know what's wrong with email, but there you go. I suppose this is library work in the web 2.0 era.
Right, that's all for now. I need to get my library access pass sorted out. No doubt I'll be updating later.
